Dental coverage

The health coverage we provide also covers dental care. The policy provides each employee with an annual allowance, which can be used to expense treatments such as routine checkups, fillings, extractions, specialized orthodontic treatment, and emergency dental treatment.

Gym subsidiary

Looking for some help meeting that New Year's Resolution to hit the gym? We also offer our staff a monthly gym subsidiary (up to £50 in the UK) to be used towards any gym or workout class (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Swimming, etc.) of their choice!

Spill: Online therapy

We’ve also partnered with Spill, the online mental health support network providing easier access to therapy for workers across the world. Life can sometimes throw curve balls that impact us not only mentally, but financially too. That’s why we teamed up with Bippit, a leading online financial support network. Through Bippit, our employees receive financial coaching from professional finance coaches tailored to their specific needs, no matter how complex.

Consultation is given in the form of 1:1 sessions online and messages through Bippit’s internal, and secure comms.

Lunch card

This particular perk is exclusive to employees outside of leadership and is designed to help offset day-to-day spending. We issue each employee a virtual lunch card via Revolut, with a weekly allowance (£50 in the UK). This allowance can only be spent on food and beverages and can be used even when working from home or out of the main office.
