Gym subsidiary
Looking for some help meeting that New Year's Resolution to hit the gym? We also offer our staff a monthly gym subsidiary (up to £50 in the UK) to be used towards any gym or workout class (e.g., Yoga, Pilates, Swimming, etc.) of their choice!

Spill: Online therapy

Through Bippit, our employees receive financial coaching from professional finance coaches tailored to their specific needs, no matter how complex.
Consultation is given in the form of 1:1 sessions online and messages through Bippit’s internal, and secure comms.
Lunch card
This particular perk is exclusive to employees outside of leadership and is designed to help offset day-to-day spending. We issue each employee a virtual lunch card via Revolut, with a weekly allowance (£50 in the UK). This allowance can only be spent on food and beverages and can be used even when working from home or out of the main office.
